1. Who are we?

a) Information relating to the activity of the company

We collect and process your information that you or authorized third parties make available to us when you give your written consent or apply for the contract (for the purpose of calculating other income based on copyright and work contracts), such as first and last name , address, contact information, ID cards, including personal identification number (OIB) and ID card, information required to issue and pay the invoice including the invoice delivery address, information proving the authority to enter into the contract, or information about ownership or any other real right (for the purpose of contract realization).

3. The information we collect

When you use our services, as part of the use process, we collect personal information that you provide to us such as; your name, address, contact phone, email address, company name, and company or individual OIB.

While using our web site, we may collect technical information about the devices you access our site, including: Internet and / or mobile connection (includes IP address), brand information of the mobile device, your operating system you are using, browser type. . All of the above information is information of our users and does not disclose personally-identifying information.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we can send you emails about our services.

7. How we manage your information

The information you enter through the website is hosted on a server located within the European Union and only we as the owners have access to. 8. How long do we keep your data?

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the obligations covered by this Statement of Security and Privacy. If we no longer have reason to store your data, it will be deleted or destroyed. Your data is stored as long as you use our services. We primarily share personal information within a unit of local and regional self-government, which includes the following entities:

  • City of Koprivnica, 
  • Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, 
  • Croatian Small Business, Innovation and Investment Agency

Your data may be processed, stored and transferred outside the country of residence or the European Union to the United States of America. Privacy laws in that country may not have the same level of protection as in your country or in the European Union. Whenever we share your personal information outside the European Union, we do so on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Union, which are legally valid measures that allow us to transmit this information and exercise their adequate protection.

Please note that we are subject to different laws and that we are authorized at the request of a governmental authority or other form of legal obligation to share your personal information.
